Does SnapStat work without internet?
Yes! SnapStat is built offline-first. You can track entire games without any internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when you're back online.
How do I share stats with parents?
Use the Player Portal feature. Go to a player's stats, tap "Share Portal Link", and send the link via text or email. Parents can view their player's stats anytime without needing an account.
Can I export to MaxPreps or Hudl?
Yes! Go to the game summary and tap "Export CSV". Choose the MaxPreps or Hudl format. The file will be saved to your device for upload.
How do I undo a play?
Swipe left on the play entry screen to undo the last play. You can also tap "History" to see all plays and edit any previous entry.
What happens if I lose my phone during a game?
Your data is continuously synced to the cloud. Sign in on any device and your game data will be there. If offline, sync happens when you next connect.
